The word studio is used to describe a room or space where an artist, photographer, musician, or any type of creative does his or her work. 11.23 is the date that one of my greatest and most perfect creations entered the world - my son. With those two combined I came up with the name of my new company. It is a place to display my art and creativity through clothing and accessories. On this site you can expect to see a wide variety of items, all with the common theme of dreaming, motivation, creativity and much more.
Studio 11.23 will also be a platform that will be a home for other brands. I want this “Art studio” to encompass multiple creative minds.
Below is the description for each of the brands I have created.
ROUTE 45
When we hear the word Route; we think of a series of directions, courses, or paths to get from one destination to another. When thinking of some of the biggest journeys in history, there is one specifically that sticks out to me; a path for the dream of freedom. The name was created with the influence of the underground railroad. Which we know to be a series of "routes" and safe houses used to lead slaves into free states. The 45 comes from the date of June 19, 1865(also known as Juneteenth) which is the day that the last state with slaves(Texas) set them free.

That day is not just a representation of a journey ending. But it actually started a whole new journey of finding freedom.
Route 45 is not exclusive to one race. Yes, it comes from that which is connected with African-American history. But we all have to find our way in life. It's meant to represent the journey and path to reach your ultimate destination. Find your path, Follow the path, Fulfill the dream.
I CREATE
This Brand is a simple yet bold statement. Expressing that “ You are a creator. The exclamation mark represents both the emphasis of the statement as well as an upside down I.
MASTER YOUR ARTISTRY
Whether it be drawing, painting, writing, barber, stylist, musician, mua, chef, dancer or whatever form of expression; I think anything we do or create from within ourselves is a form of art. These are all forms of art. So whatever form of creator you are, or whatever content you create. MASTER IT!
I believe the ability to fly makes a being the most free. So the feather represents the freedom of expression we have in our craft.
CREATED TO BE CREATIVE
It’s said we are created in Gods image. Whoever or whatever you believe in. You are a creation from a higher power. I believe we all have a creative genius within ourselves. It’s most apparent in children - along with purity and innocence. But as we get older we lose such attributes due to our environments. We must find a way to regain our creative genius; while most importantly raising our children to own theirs!

An acronym that uses words I feel are impactful for following your dreams. DESIRE the dream, REACH for the dream, EXCEL at all goals, ASPIRE to be great, MOTIVATE yourself and all those around you!
