Route 45

When we here the word Route; we think of a series of directions, course, or path to get from one destination to another. When thinking of some of the biggest journeys in history, there is one specifically that sticks out to me. The path for the dream of freedom. The name was created with influence from the underground railroad. Which we know to be a series of "routes" and safe houses used to lead slaves into free states. The 45 comes from the date of June 19, 1865(also known as Juneteenth) which is the day that the last state with slaves (Texas) set them free.

6+19=25

1+8+6+5=20

25+20=45.

Route 45 is not exclusive to one race. Yes, its core comes from that of which is connected with African American history. But we all have to find our way in life. Its meant to represent the journey and path to reach your ultimate destination.
